THE PIPELINE

As the largest NOMA chapter in Texas, Dallas–Fort Worth NOMA is committed to building a strong and sustainable pipeline into the architecture profession. Our Project Pipeline summer camp educates, inspires, and mentors under-served and under-represented students across the DFW Metroplex.

Through hands-on, small-group workshops, mentors guide students step-by-step through the design process—from programming and diagramming to developing floor plans and constructing physical models. Local project tours and interactive studio sessions ensure each student receives meaningful one-on-one engagement with design professionals while navigating their own creative projects.

Throughout the year, DFW NOMA partners with the University of Texas at Arlington NOMAS Chapter (National Organization of Minority Architecture Students), extending mentorship and leadership development opportunities beyond the summer experience.

From first introduction to final licensure, DFW NOMA Project Pipeline is dedicated to shaping the next generation of architects—strengthening our communities through design and cultivating a thriving, inclusive future pipeline for the profession.
